Common questions
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope. A simple Telegram bot and a full CRM are not the same job. So we talk first, free of charge, and then give you an exact figure in writing. After that conversation the price doesn't change.
How long does it take?
Telegram bot — 1–3 weeks. Website — 2–3 weeks. CRM — 3–6 weeks. Mobile app — 6–12 weeks. The exact timeline is fixed in the proposal and we keep to it.
I'm not technical — will I cope?
Yes. We don't speak in technical terms. After launch we train your staff and leave you a guide. Editing text is a simple panel — about as hard as using Word.
Who owns the code?
You do. When the project ends, all code, design files and access credentials are handed to you. You can move to another team at any time — nothing stays locked with us.
Who supports it after launch?
We do. The first month is free: if something breaks we fix it, if you have a question we answer. After that you can move to monthly support, but it isn't required.
How does payment work?
Usually in two or three stages: at the start, in the middle and on delivery. We sign a contract. We don't ask for everything up front.
I already have a site or system — can you update it?
Yes. We look at what exists first and tell you what's worth keeping and what should be rebuilt. Sometimes fixing is cheaper than rebuilding — and we'll say so plainly.
