Yes. We don't speak in technical terms. After launch we train your staff and leave you a guide. Editing text is a simple panel — about as hard as using Word.

You do. When the project ends, all code, design files and access credentials are handed to you. You can move to another team at any time — nothing stays locked with us.

We do. The first month is free: if something breaks we fix it, if you have a question we answer. After that you can move to monthly support, but it isn't required.

Usually in two or three stages: at the start, in the middle and on delivery. We sign a contract. We don't ask for everything up front.
